Does Complicated mean more likely to break
Well I've been contemplating what kind of amp I will get next since I have a crappy starter amp.
So Iv'e been looking at the Vypyr series, but I've hear sometimes the knobs break since they are firmware based. And they have issues sometimes with the different effects.
I don't want to buy an amp I have to replace next year, so do all these bells and whistles translate into risk? Would I be better off buying someting like a fender frontman and adding a few pedals in the next couple years? Also if I really needed a certain sound I could add the effects on my PC.
I don't know which way to go I just wanna jam in my man cave, I don't want an amp that will be a pain in my ass when I have to replace it.
