ya gotta give us some more information if you expect us to be able to help you out. How much do you want to spend? What kind of music do you want to play with it? Are you playing by yourself, or do you play with a band? Do you use effects pedals, or do you want the amp to have some built in effects? What kind of gear do you have right now? Why do you feel you need new gear?

ok i have a line 6 effect/wah pedal but a package amp and i only have one guitar and i can probably spend half and my parents may pay other half...but i dont think they want to pay 500 dollars =P and i have nothing else to spend my money on i play almost all music from like johnny cash to the devil wears prada i want a amp that puts out alot of volume and has alot of distortion to like crystal clean...i dont need that many effects on an amp tho, i'm trying to get a band together but only have a bassist,

Then shut the fuck up until you have something worth while to say. Some new people might actually think you know what you are talking about, and that would be dangerous dangerous.
Go and be bored on utube or Facebook and post shit there.
Second thoughts, leave Facebook alone, I post there.

Needs determine what you get first. If guitars are OK and amp is not up to scratch, then you know the answer. If amp is fine for what you do and guitar sceaches like a banshee, it might be time to get the guitar fixed or sold. If all is fine, save your money, though Gibson is always whining about shitty gear, flog it off to him.

im actually pretty satisfied with my gear now although i could use a new acoustic (its a lauren with a plastic fret board and has NO SUSTAIN wat so ever, i think i found it at a yard sale for like 10$ or something)
