Default Jam Clinic # 5 Jazz/blues Wes style

This backing track I made is loosely based around a Wes Montgomery Song. I did it pretty fast (spare time ). It's pretty basic backing track, but has a lot of chord changes..

You should be fine with something in the key Of F (one flat) I can post up the chord changes if you want.

SoundClick artist: Gary Harrison - Me on the guitar work . some of the vocals too.

have fun. Don't worry to much about trying to make it sound like Wes.. just jam out on it.

well I guess I'll slap a bit of a solo down on this one.. its really not that hard... I figured cliff or Zog could easily , jam something to this.

any horn players ? This should be write up their alley.

I listened to it again, and it sounds like fun. Not sure what I can do with it. What are the changes?

Here is my first attempt at this one. I used my G&L its going away and I wanted to record it. I played clean with a little chorus except one verse I used an envelope filter (quack quack) just for fun. Please let me know if you like the sound or have any suggestions for improvement. Thanks for a fun jam Toastedgoat.

Decided to record a lil solo to this backtrack before my last final exam ..

Its early in the morning so i had to record this using my unplugged les paul. That means the gain had to be pumped up and white noise removed using my recording program, so its pretty shitty quality, but oh well hopefully ill get around to recording another one with my guitar plugged in..
