I gave my initial approval when you briefly posted it in the contest thread. But listening again, I think there's one aspect I'll point out. Vibrato...and bends...and bent notes with vibrato...that's the stuff right there. The shreddy stuff was cool and all, but especially in this blues context, I appreciated those two elements the most.

I've got to agree with Rustee. The bends and vibrato were what stood out for me. The shredding wasn't my thing, but that's just because I don't like shredding in general. It was impressive in the context though. Especially since it was played without distortion to mask mistakes. Great job Cal!
