There are vocals in the track (male & female) that you originally posted.

Also something is goofy with your track there is like two BT's playing at the same time but out of sync with each other......

You better go back & listen

Uploading mine now...

(how come mine had vocals?) Think you could have slowed down a bit for this tune imo. You didn't leave much room 'tween phrases. I think while you were going for speed, it actually slowed you down by thinking where you were going next. It would have been better over a different track imo. (I try to give detailed critiques- GREAT JOB! is nice, but I like to think I give some constructive feedback). Still, it was a good effort, but I'd like to hear you do it again, but slower. Good to hear you play though.

Think mine is about done in YT- I was stepping all over the vocals, I think. I could do it over myself, lol.

That was nice. I liked the vibrato toward the end & those double stop things (not sure that is the right term). Lots of breathing room & unexpected notes, not bad for being tired. Liked it a lot!

Why is my vibrato less audible than yours. I really wobble my strings but you don't hear it much. Is it related to gain or pick attack or something like that?

I often do double-stops playing the root & 3rd, which would be a minor 3rd interval and hints at the chord (these are called dyads; 2- note "chords."

Vibrato is done a lot of ways. On single notes, I often push the string back and forth horizontally. BB did the "butterfly" vibrato, where you rock your finger on the single note vertically. I kind of do a combination of both. My bent string vibrato really sucks. I'm trying to get it to be a lot tighter.

Ugh, for a skinny guy, I'm growing a donut. Must be the Popeye's I had for lunch haha. Thanks for the listen. Yeah, I'm exhausted.

Horizontal vibrato, I did not know that, I'll have to try it.

Donut! Where...you are a twig!

Never before have I seen so many jam tracks posted in such a short time. All when I am too damn busy to do anything.

Well I am listening to none of you I tell ya none of you !!!
only because I will look back over the winter months. I need to set myself up with better recording stuff. My pedals are in the van and my music room is a tip / dumping ground. I need to climb in it lol

Starting from tonight I'm going to jam #1, and work my way through them. It'll be #30 by the time I'm done haha.

There's nothing worse than having a room that was once set up tidy turn into a train wreck. My son moved back in for a few months nearly 2yr ago, and I had to strip everything down. It's only now I've got it back going again. Reaper new again, and couldn't get the right ins n outs for a bit, but it's coming together. I didn't know how much I missed it until I got going again.

The wife tried to move something in the other day...Can I store this in the corner?...Hell to the no woman lol.

Get in there mate, and make a start.

Some are quick to download & record & need a flurry of activity to keep them interested & motivated. Some don't. I am looking forward to you guys posting something this winter from the archives, nothing wrong with that! I may revisit a few myself.
