Default Tuner Pedal

Would this tuner pedal be good for live shows? http://www.guitarcenter.com/Korg/Pit...74034481640.gc

All I want is something simple that works well in a live setting. When I stomp on it it mutes the signal and I can tune quietly in between songs right?

I think TC Electronics' Polytune is awesome.

It would be great in a live setting because you just strum all the strings and it will find which string is off.

The mini is just $89+.

I've been using a Pitch Black for a couple years. Indoors and out, visible in all kinds of light levels. Mutes, doesn't bounce too much. Really good for the money.

Seems like it does everything a stage tuner should do and is durable/reliable...get it! My stage tuner for the last 15 years has been the Boss TU-2, also a reputable tuner.

I have stomp/mute tuner in by Boss MFX unit. It works great except I can't see the LED readout in bright sunlight. This affects me only at summer, daytime, outdoors gigs. I bring a snark to those. Also hard to see in the sunlight but you can duck out to find a shady spot.

If budget is an issue just go with the snark and, hey, you can turn the volume all the way down when you tune - works just like muting.
