Default

I just went through all this myself.
As of now I have what..I think is a nice set up for me!
I got myself a decent set of studio monitors (Yamaha HS8)
Focusrite 6i6 2nd Gen Interface along with some software called Band In A Box
BIAB will do anything you want for making your own music, including ripping the chords from any song which you can then add all sorts of different backing tracks to those chords or type in your own chords..
The possibilities with BIAB are endless!! It is a complete recording studio.
Its also a bit intimidating for a rookie like myself..but I learn more daily....
There maybe other stuff that works the same? Its far better than You Tube, you get to be the boss!
