My Masterbilt is stereo, and has 2 outputs, and a blend switch. It was more hassle than it was worth, for me. I played it acoustically most of the time.
Mine had an external preamp-mixer, so there was no onboard battery switching required. I used stereo socket with a figure-8 (2*mono) stereo cable with two mono jacks at the end. I have also used an onboard blend system, active piezo with passive magnetic that only used a mono cable. The stereo socket was a battery switch in this case.

The guitars I'm mentioned have one jack. My Godin solid body nylon that has a piezo bridge has two jacks but one is for use with a synthesizer.

I had a Mondial for a while as a stage guitar for songs that required both electric and acoustic.

It was not a horrible guitar. I'd put it on par with an Eastwood in terms of quality. Played like a Mosrite.

I also used it in the studio for parts that required acoustic lead lines with big bends, because I'm old, lazy, and screw that.

The U339 has 2 jacks. They blend or use std pups if one cable is used. With two cables they are split.

I agree about it not being worth the hassle - for me. Some folks may really be into the sounds and find it totally worthwhile.
