Me too. I am relatively new in the US, I wanted to rekindle this old hobby, didn't know where to buy used guitars or even strings. So, I would like to thank everyone here!

I threw a coin in a wishing well and the next thing I knew I was here.

Hello...I got here after several attempts to login to the "Chetboard". I forgot my password and tried to contact the administrator to get back on that site. The administrator is apparently busy doing administrative things, so I thought I'd give this forum a try. I am not currently trying to find anything or looking for any specific answers on any particular topic. I figure it is good to have a go-to place for when some direction is needed. I play finger style(Chet stuff, and Jerry Reed finger style arrangements). So, that is my short story on how I got here.

Jerrys breakdown with chet....one of the best guitar duos.

I wrote a piece of music which uses a dominant chord with both a flat 9 and a sharp 9. I searched Google for two different ninths in a chord and found this forum. It turned out that the link I found contained an enharmonic error, but people were very friendly so I decided to stick around.

Im a very devoted guitar player and Ive always felt alone when it comes to discussing guitars and guitar tech. Ive always wanted to master the craft and having a place full of people who feel the same as me is just a awesome feeling, to me this place is amazing.
