I found the lessons at Riff-Interactive.com to be MASSIVELY helpful in my first few years of playing, and I still like them today. There are a lot of lessons to purchase, but there are a couple of free ones a week, and you can access the 10 or so latest free ones, so if you visit regularly, you can get a lot of free content.

The lessons are great because they provide you with tab, video, real time fretboard diagrams, slow down features, jam tracks etc. Lyle Ronglien is also an amazing player.
