Hi Hat The Oven's On But Nothing's Cooking Hi Hat The Oven's On But Nothing's Cooking
Default Halloween Party

We played a Halloween party last night. It was so much fun! The venue was a mobile home park. They had their clubroom decorated really well and everybody wore costumes. About 80 people were in the audience. The party lasted from 7 PM until 11 PM. It was raining all evening, makes loading in and out harder. The band had a great time and they asked if we are interested in playing there on New Year's Eve.

Attached are pictures of the corner of the room when the band played. There is another bigger picture of the room and tables for partiers. They served dinner on a skeleton. Scary.

Of course we played Monster Mash. Lots of people danced to "Monster Mash". The songs that got the most people dancing though were "Wagon Wheel" and "Brown Eyed Girl".

Well the owners have to have their meetings and decide if they want us. They said that they will contact us in about a week. We had such a great time and like the people at this park that we told them that we would love to play New Years Eve there.

We have to learn the Village People YMCA song - people were asking for it.

Wow, what great venue for playing a Perth like that. Nice declarations and buffet setup.

Good luck on getting the NYE gig. That could be a lot of fun.
