Default An Interesting Article On Music, And The Brain

The comments by Victor Wooten are pretty cool.

Who is this Victor Wooten ? ...he certainly no scientist. Also you know it not a requirement to actually read, then comment on other peoples links here on the forum .

What Wooten said i think we have all pondered on or suggested to at one time or another. It does dispel some myths about the learning process.

I always feel why should the guitar have special place where learning is concerned ?....unbeknownst to many we are learning another language.

Very interesting about the dopamine release 10-15 seconds BEFORE the moment of "peak pleasure". I never thought much about it, but I definitely notice a moment of euphoria before a section of music that I really like. In a way it's like experiencing "the thrill of the chase" inside your own head.

Now you know just forget about it as soon as possible.

You dont want to be thinking about Dopamine just before you shoot a load.

Then straight away some kid starts talking about how music was better in the 80's. Seriously.
